POLICY: MINIMUM ORDER $100.00 Not Including Freight, etc.

Wholesale customers must fill out the short form below. Any information left out will not allow the form to be processed. After you have submitted the form you will be given immediate access to our site at a wholesale price level. Please notice that most wholesale discounts require a minimum quantity of purchase to receive the discount. When minimum quantities are shown you will be able to purchase in higher quantities but not lower. Payment will be taken in the form of major credit cards upon "checkout"

SHIPMENTS: Most orders are shipped same day.

BACKORDERS: If an item must be back ordered, you will receive notification with your shipment. All back orders will automatically be cancelled five weeks after the order date unless we are notified by the buyer to keep the back order active.

REFUSALS: If order is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged for the outgoing freight and a restocking charge of 5% of dollar amount of the order. Minimum restocking charge is $20.

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted for manufacturing defects only. Authorization can be accepted only within 5 days after receipt of goods. Upon receipt, a credit memo will be issued, which will be valid for 90 days. All non-authorized returns will be refused. NO RETURNS ON SCALES OR SALE ITEMS.
